The complainants said the thief entered the house using force and stole a quantity of soft drinks, chocolate bars, a pair of walkie-talkies, a disposable camera and jewellery.

An amount of cash was stolen from Hamilton Parish Workman's Club on Workman's Lane sometime before Thursday.

A thief made off with a green jacket from Chick's Bar and Grill on Water Street in St. George's on Wednesday. The complainant said he left the jacket unattended on a chair briefly before 9.30 p.m. and said the thief used that opportunity to steal the jacket.
