Two teenagers hurt in three-vehicle crash

Two teenagers were injured on Wednesday after a collision between two auxillary cycles and a car.According to a police spokesman, the crash took place at the junction of North Shore Road and Loyalty Hill in Devonshire before 3.55pm.The two riders, a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old, both from Hamilton Parish, suffered injuries and were taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.The spokesman said last night: “The 17-year-old sustained a heat injury and is currently in stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit, while the 16-year-old sustained injuries to his arms and legs, which are not considered serious.“The driver of the car, a 44-year-old Devonshire woman, was not injured.
