That was the word from Bermuda Security Group president Bill Black as he moved to correct a report on last Thursday's VSB evening news that the firm had been acquired by the electrical contractors.

"We have not sold it at all and I don't want any of my clients to think that we have,'' he said.

Mr. Black said he believed it was instead the Bermuda Alarm Company which had been sold to Universal Electric Ltd.

"I was very surprised when I heard that my company had been named in this,'' he added.
