I'm back in Baltimore with my team, the Blast, and we won our first game two weekends ago 14-6 against Rockford Rampage in the NISL.

We had two weeks to prepare for the next game so this gave me a chance to fly back to Bermuda for the Hope4Life programme.

I got a chance to work with some great young people at the schools. This week I want to chat with my young people about jobs that are no longer available.

My young people, I must remind you that some of the jobs that you may be holding applications for are no longer available! These jobs do not need your services! Nor your help! They are full!

These jobs need no more people; applications are no longer being accepted!

Just in case you forgot what you have been holding applications for, here are a list of those jobs that are filled: Thugs running around causing havoc in our community, this job is taken! No longer taking your application!

Young women abusing alcohol and uneducated young people, these jobs are also filled! Drug dealers, yes, has been taken! No longer need employment, no longer looking for your help!

Oh! Yes, young people without a dream and goals, sorry, this job has been filled, this job has been taken as well. I have not forgot this one which was posted last week, talented athletes with no desire to become the best, no more applications needed thanks.

Now if you are holding an application for any of these jobs please tear it up! Throw them away and pick up some for the new jobs that have become available and are vacant. Jobs that are now taking applications: desired athletes, small business owners, trade workers, doctors, teens with a dream and community leaders. Yes, they are accepting your applications. They are waiting for you.

My young people I must challenge you to change; change our community, change the atmosphere of violence, change the stats of teens on drugs, and change the thug mentality. But note: To change you must have courage, you must have the courage to sacrifice, step out of the box, to stand tall, to act and the courage to dream.

Understand that for any of your dreams to come true you must believe, you must believe change works, believe in yourself, believe your special, believe in peace and life.

You have full control of your actions and only you could reach your destiny, I do understand your struggles and I will fight to make them better for you, I just ask you to give it shot, give yourself a chance.

You may look around and think that it may not make a difference because you see some people in the same place.

You have to start it. If you start moving forward and want more, we all could fight for more for you.

I had my own dream and I am still dreaming, 18 years of my life has been surrounded by people that want more and that I must say has help my thought process and my aggressive thinking.

The same will go for you. Build your circle with people that want more out of life.
