Bermuda-registered Lancashire Holdings Limited is to hold its annual meeting in London on May 1.The meeting will be held at the company’s head office in Fenchurch Street, London at 1.30pm that day. Notice of the AGM, a form of proxy, a form of direction for holders of depository interests and the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, were posted to shareholders on 20 March, according to a statement issued through the Bermuda Stock Exchange on Friday.
