Bus service to resume

Buses will resume from 6am tomorrow after drivers walked off the job on Friday over fears of coronavirus infections.
Buses were suspended for operators to get tested in the wake of four drivers testing positive this week – but drivers did not return to work.
A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Transport said health guidelines and protocols would be in place on the vehicles to safeguard “the commuting public and the Department of Public Transportation's bus operators”.
The ministry thanked the public for their patience as it worked to resume bus service.
