Mr. Eugene Cox PLP wants the Finance Minister the Hon. David Saul to inform the House of Assembly of the Attorney General's findings regarding the legality of the planned merger.

Government had stated it was going to have the AG's examine the matter, he noted in a series of written questions submitted to the House for answer.

Mr. Cox, Shadow Finance Minister, also wanted to know "what provisions or procedures (Dr. Saul) intends to put in place so that in the future the Government is not caught unaware'' of such major merger plans.
