LICENCE WARNING LIQ Licensees cannot just dictate when they want extensions to their liquor hours.

Liquor Licence Authority chairman the Wor. Will Francis has warned licensees they must make proper applications or risk being turned down.

Mr. Francis told representatives of the Buckaroo Restaurant they must give specific hours when the licence is in operation.
