Find out what it takes to make a movie

Are you interested in what motivates a filmmaker to delve into a certain topic or shoot from a certain angle, how much money they needed and how they got it? If so, your curiosity can be satiated on these types of questions if you attend the Chats With... sessions at this year's Bermuda International Film Festival (BIFF).

BIFF's Filmmaker in Focus and South African producer are among the festival guests who will appear on the panel discussions.

Mr. Winterbottom has brought four films to Bermuda ? 9 Songs, In This World, 24 Hour Party People and Wonderland. He will be interviewed by Hollywood-based film journalist David Poland at the lunchtime Chats With... session on Wednesday, March 23.

Ms Masemola-Jones produced A South African Love Story ? Walter and Albertina Sisulu, the documentary about two of the founders of the African National Congress. She will appear on a panel with , director of McLibel which world premieres at BIFF, and actress (Campfire) on Monday, March 21. Jennifer Wood of MovieMaker Magazine will moderate.

The panel on Tuesday, March 22 will feature screenwriter (Sleepless in Seattle), director (Shake Hands With the Devil) and BIFF juror and film publicist . Peter Rainer of National Public Radio will moderate.

All panels are from 12.15 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
