Jason Elder and Vaughn Fubler have been bailed to appear at St. George's Police station on August 14.

Police yesterday did not release the ages and addresses of the pair.

The investigation into the Frank Westendorf's death on July 5 is being carried out by Marine Police.

The 54-year-old, from Virginia, died after falling 100 feet from a parasail belonging to St. George's Parasailing and Watersports. The tragedy occurred off Somers Wharf, St. George's.

Police are expected to send a file shortly to the Attorney General's chambers.
