A man involved in a crash on Tee Street reportedly left the scene before police could arrive, leaving his overturned car behind.According to a Police spokesman, at around 9pm on Saturday officers received a report of a single vehicle collision near the Devonshire junction with Berry Hill Road.“It appears that a car was travelling along Tee Street when it collided with a wall and overturned,” the spokesman said. “The driver of the vehicle, described as an approximately 6ft tall black male in his 20s wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans, left the scene prior to the attending officers.”Police described the damage to the vehicle as “extensive”, but said there was no damage to private property and no reported injuries.Inquiries into the incident are underway.
