Willie Clemons struck twice in Boden’s 4-2 win at home to Karlstad in the First Division North in Sweden today.

The Bermuda midfielder, who featured in his country’s friendly against Guatemala at the National Stadium last week, scored in the 71st and the 95th minutes.

Meanwhile, Osagi Bascome and Justin Donawa can look forward to the first round of the FA Cup after Darlington’s 3-0 victory away to Tamworth in the fourth qualifying round yesterday. Bascome and Donawa both came on as late substitutes against Tamworth.

Tyrone O’Neill bagged a brace and Omar Holness also scored for Darlington. The first-round draw takes place today.

“Great all-round performance from the boys today! To the First Round of the FA Cup we go. ? #upthedarlo,” Donawa tweeted after the game.

Nahki Wells was replaced by Jordan Hugill in the 62nd minute in Queens Park Rangers’ 3-2 win away to Hull City in the Sky Bet Championship yesterday.

Ebere Eze’s late penalty double secured the three points for QPR, who climb to fifth in the table. Jarrod Bowen put Hull ahead on the half-hour mark, latching on to Tom Eaves’s flick-on before firing past goalkeeper Liam Kelly.

However, Ryan Manning levelled just before the interval and Eze slotted home two spot-kicks in the last 12 minutes after he had been brought down on both occasions. Josh Magennis pulled a goal back in added time.

Goalkeeper Nathan Trott kept a clean sheet and was named man of the match as AFC Wimbledon defeated Portsmouth 1-0 in League One. Defender Terrell Thomas scored a dramatic late winner for the home side.

Danté Leverock, the Bermuda captain, was an unused substitute in Sligo Rovers’ 2-1 defeat at home to Derry City in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division yesterday.

Also in action at the weekend was Zeiko Lewis, who helped Charleston Battery beat Bethlehem Steel 5-1 at home in the United Soccer League Championship. Lewis came off in the second half.
