Court later today in connection with a mystery death.

Kevin Pollock, a restaurant manager at Flanagan's bar on Front Street, was arrested on Tuesday night -- just one hour after 51-year-old Craig McGavern lost his 11-day fight for life.

Mr. McGavern, also from Warwick, had been in the intensive care unit of the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with a fractured skull, sustained when he fell down a flight of stairs outside the restaurant on the evening of Friday, July 17.
