As a follow-up reward to the 8th Annual Coldwell Banker/Bermuda Realty Home Show in February, Capital G Bank has awarded a $500 savings account prize to one of the many hundreds of people who visited their booth at the event which was held at CedarBridge Academy.

Ana Abend, of Pembroke, was awarded her prize by Roderick Goom, consultant, Personal Lending and Credit Review at Capital G Bank.

She said she was totally surprised when she received the message telling her she had won. "I visited the Capital G Bank booth because I was interested to know more about home loans. I entered the draw at the same time. I never expected to win anything," said Ms. Abend. "I'm delighted!"

Mr. Goom said the Bank was very pleased with the results of their participation in the Home Show. "Many of the people who visited the Capital G booth expressed their concerns about the current economic situation and had questions in relation to their borrowing and savings plans. We were able to give them sound advice, and have been following-up on their requests for information on specific products and services," he said.

A total of 70 local businesses took part in the 8th Annual Coldwell Banker/Bermuda Realty Home Show at CedarBridge Academy in February. The event attracted thousands of visitors to view the vendors' product offerings that related to financing and furnishing a Bermuda home.
