Bermudian Michiko Campbell won first place in a university competition with a seven-foot homemade kite.Mr Campbell, 22, attempted to put the Island on the map by handing out Bermuda-related souvenirs at the ‘World Celebrations Day’ event at Johnson and Wales University in North Miami.His kite featured pictures of fellow international students at JWU, while he also put together two Bermuda posters.He is currently entering his last year studying culinary arts and aims to get a bachelor’s degree in May 2012.
