CableVision offers chance to meet general manager
A business is attempting to improve its customer service by going into neighbourhoods to talk to the people.
A new initiative, 'Saturdays with the GM', involves a series of informal outdoor meetings, launched by Bermuda CableVision, to be held at locations around the Island.
It is designed to help the company provide better customer service through increased communications and dialogue with its customers.
The meetings will be hosted by general manager, Terry Roberson, and other senior CableVision executives who will make themselves available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to meet with customers and gather their input about current and future services.
The first event will take place in St. George's on Saturday, May 9, in the parking lot next to Somers Supermarket across from the town square.
CableVision is teaming up with Winky Dinky to offer soft drinks and hot dogs to customers at the events.
Additional events are planned for Somerset in June, Warwick in July and the City of Hamilton in August.
Dates and specific venues will be announced via advertising in The Royal Gazette.
