Parish man who is accused of attempting to murder his boss.
Ronald Anthony Wayne Daniels of Link Lane, is also charged with attempted grievous bodily harm which led to an unlawful wounding, and possession of an offensive weapon.
The charges all stem from an incident last month at Shelly Bay MarketPlace where Daniels allegedly attacked store manager Terry Lee Wood with a 22-inch machete.
Daniels' lawyer Mr. Richard Hector, yesterday asked if his client, who has been in custody since February 18, could be granted bail.
Crown Counsel Mr. Mark Pettingill objected to bail based on the seriousness of the offences.
Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. John Judge denied the application for bail and remanded Daniels in custody.
