during the weekend.

The complainant told Police that she and her roommate were out on Friday evening and that the female roommate had returned home early on Saturday morning with a male acquaintance.

When the complainant arrived at the residence later, she found the man still there and she retired to bed.

She reported that she woke sometime later to find the man lying on top of her, committing an indecent act.

She was able to push him away, however, and contacted Police on Sunday to report the incident.
