Bermuda Day garbage collection changes

Garbage normally collected on Friday will now be taken on Saturday due to the Bermuda Day holiday.

A spokesman for the ministry of public works said: “As a reminder, Friday garbage collection areas include Smith’s Parish east of Devil’s Hole, all of Hamilton and St George’s parishes except the Old Town.

“Please place bagged garbage out for collection no later than 7.30am on Saturday.
