A spokesperson for Benfield Group, the independent reinsurance broker has corrected a report in yesterday's Royal Gazette that the company had decided against incorporating its holding company in Bermuda.

The group has decided against a flotation on the New York Stock Exchange in favour of a London Stock Exchange listing, but contrary to yesterday's report, it has already redomiciled to Bermuda in October.
