The search is on for stars in Bermuda’s hospitality industry.The Visitor Industry Partnership’s VIP Excellence Awards was designed to “recognise those who go above and beyond the call of duty in the visitor industry”.A prize of $10,000 will be given to the winner of the Tourism Minister’s Best of the Best Award.To date, 617 “hospitality stars who delivered that extra service with a smile” have been honoured.The awards banquet will be held on April 6 at the Fairmont Southampton.Nominations can be made at www.vip.bm.
