Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell 1.8 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.

The insurer fell four cents to close on $2.21 as 4,000 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares jumped $1.68, or 6.92 per cent, to close on $25.97 on the New York Stock Exchange, as 254,794 shares were traded.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell 0.8 of a point, or 0.05 per cent, to close on 1,755.15.

The BSX Insurance Index gained 31.04 points, or 2.35 per cent, to close on 1,349.57.
