Eisenson replaces Dwyer on Montpelier board
Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd has announced that Clement Dwyer has resigned from the company’s board of directors, effective from September 30, 2011.Mr Dwyer has served on the board since 2006.Michael Eisenson has been appointed as his replacement, effective of the same date. Mr Eisenson is currently the CEO and a managing director of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. He is also a director of BlueKnight Energy Partners, CIFC Corp and Penske Auto Group.Charlesbank currently controls approximately 9.3 percent of the company’s outstanding common shares.Christopher Harris, president and CEO of Montpelier, said: “We are grateful to Clem for his many years of wise counsel and support and we wish him every success in the future.
