A US tourist was yesterday rescued by Marine Police after getting into trouble off North Shore. Marine Police officers plucked the man to safety, and another man who had swam out to rescue him. The drama began after 1pm, when the man went swimming from the dock at Francis Patton Primary School towards nearby Pigeon Rocks.
