A tourist was robbed on a rental scooter by two men on a motorcycle.The Canadian visitor was a pillion passenger and was heading towards Dockyard when the thieves struck.A Police spokesman said: "Two unknown men on a motorcycle rode up from behind, took a black duffle bag from the rental cycle's basket and made good their escape heading east."

Cash and a cellular phone were among the items stolen. The 52-year-old woman, from Quebec, and her male companion were uninjured.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place at 11.40 p.m. on Thursday at Scaur Hill, Sandys. People should contact the Western Criminal Investigation Unit on 234 1010.
