The Bermuda Stock Exchange saw movement in the banking and insurance sectors, which ended with The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index declining by 13.08, closing at 1,190.21.

The share volume for the day was 21,009, valued at $126,371.41.

A total of 30 Bank of NT Butterfield preference shares changed hands at $1,200.00, up $18. Some 4,209 Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd common shares traded at $1.49, and 5,000 Somers Ltd shares also traded at $12, both unchanged.

Argus Group Holdings Ltd saw 10,800 shares move at $4, down 69 cents. It was the biggest mover of the day. BF&M also traded, with 1,000 shares down ten cents at $16.90.
