Telecoms firm Digicel has ‘Soul’ — and it’s preparing to give it away from Christmas.

The company has put up a brand-new Kia Soul hatchback as part of its “Brighten Someone’s Christmas” campaign, which is offering prizes totalling $50,000.

Digicel CEO Wayne Caines said: “Christmas is the time of year for giving and sharing. We are delighted to take the first steps in brightening the holiday season for hundreds of Bermudian families and we can’t wait to see the smiles on those who will win big with Digicel.”

A total of 60 prizes will be given away each week, including a month’s free Digicel service, $50 prepaid credit vouchers, phones, spa vouchers and $500 vouchers redeemable at any local business.

The competition is open to all new and existing Digicel customers, whether prepaid, postpaid or internet.

Prepaid customers have to two ways to enter — by buying a $20 top up or by subscribing to a prepaid daily plan.

Customers signing up for Digicel internet of a Digicel Bundle during the Christmas season are also eligible.

The will be entered into the draw for free service, iTunes cards and the grand prize draw when they sign up.

Digicel internet and Bundles are 25 percent off for one year, while new customers will also get Digicel Stream, which offers Netflix content to Digicel internet users, for one year.

The promotion started on November 8 and runs to December 24. Weekly prize winners will be drawn beginning November 20 and the grand prize draw will take place on December 23.
