A Southampton man has been charged with possessing up to $300,000 worth of cocaine, cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply.
Anthony Richards, 40, was not required to enter a plea when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning as the charges are indictable.
On November 19, 2011, Mr Richards is alleged to have been found in possession of the drugs — valued at between $112,000 and $300,000 — along with a digital scale, five ‘grinders’, and a number of clear plastic food bags.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Richards on $25,000 bail with one surety.
