Top chef Odinga Hodgson took the prize at this weekend’s first annual African Diaspora Heritage Trail Conference Cook-Off.Colin Lloyd took second place at Saturday’s event, which featured gumbo, a classic Louisiana dish.The competition, held in Hamilton Parish’s Landfall restaurant, was held as part of the ADHT’s fund raiser for its Youth Development Programme.
