A 18-year-old man was yesterday accused of having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl.The man, said to be 17 at the time of the offence, was charged in Magistrates’ Court with three counts of unlawful carnal knowledge.The offences are alleged to have occurred on May 31, June 8 and June 10.Neither party can be named for legal reasons.The man wasn’t required to enter a plea as the charges are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded him into custody until August 22.
