This month's selection is a showing of ‘Les Femmes du 6eme Etage’. Tickets are $5 for members, $8 for non-members and $3 students.l Many of you software developers out there will already be aware of the Bermuda .NET User Group, dedicated to advancing .NET development on the Island by helping you share knowledge with and learn from one another. The next event is on Wednesday, September 12 in the Argus Building on Wesley Street. This will run from 5.30pm until 8pm. This is the French form of boules and the event is open to players (whether experienced or novice) and spectators alike. You are invited to bring your favourite wine, snacks and blanket or beach chair, as well as your pétanque balls, if you have them. L'Alliance Française will provide baguettes, cheese and snacks for the children, as well as the chance to win a basket full of French specialties by guessing its weight. The minimum fee to enter the raffle is $10 and additional donations will also be welcome! The pétanque is free.l What is the most fun thing you can think of doing in the dark? That's right, volleyball!! BEPRO invites you to their Glow in the Dark Beach Volleyball, BBQ and Bonfire on Saturday, September 29 from 7pm until 10pm at Elbow Beach (the public end).
