A 29-year-old American appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday on a charge of drug smuggling.Rodney Small, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, pleaded not guilty to importing cannabis resin on January 31 and possessing the drug in St George’s with intent to supply.He was given a February 19 trial date, and remanded into custody by Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner.
