The PLP this afternoon condemned vandals who have defaced a series of OBA posters and claimed some employers were stopping workers from voting.A spokesman for the party said: “The PLP strongly condemns vandalism in the strongest terms. We call upon all victims to immediately report vandalism to the police and we ask the police to swiftly bring the perpetrators to justice.”Posters for Nandi Davis, Craig Cannonier and Donte Hunt have all been defaced.“The PLP also notes that it has received reports of certain employers not following the law and allowing voters the right to vote. The PLP reminds all employers that they are obliged by law to give people time off to go and cast their ballot. That law must be respected.”
