Police are appealing for help in finding missing Maxwell Mustapha Smith.A Police spokesman said: "Police need to speak with Mr Smith and efforts to contact him have been without success."If anyone has any information on where Mr Smith can be located you are asked to contact the Somerset Police Station on 234-1010."
