Blue moon. Though it is not that rare, it is not that often we have a blue moon, that is, two full moons in the same month.This week we will have the second full moon in August. It is coincidence but over the weekend Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on our moon, passed away. It seems quite amazing that this was accomplished some 43 years ago.The programme that did this was well-funded, focused, and brought together some of the best and brightest to achieve the goal that was set by President John F Kennedy. If we are to learn from that experience then what we need are more long-term goals that we can achieve by working together to ensure that we get real change and real progress.
