A 35-year-old has pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexually exploiting a young person.The man is accused of coercing the victim, who is now nine years old, to touch his genitals on two separate incidents between January 2010 and December 2011.The defendant has a prior conviction for unlawful carnal knowledge, Magistrates’ Court heard.Neither he nor the victim can be identified for legal reasons.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner ordered the defendant remanded into custody until his trial on October 8.
