Lambe bags brace for Toronto

Reggie Lambe scored twice for Toronto FC against Chicago Fire but couldn’t help his team slipping to their sixth successive defeat of the MLS season.The Bermuda international ended Toronto’s scoring drought at home in the 36th minute with a right-footed rocket from outside the penalty box.Four minutes later, Lambe added a second converting Ryan Johnson’s cross from close range.Fire made a blistering start to the game scoring after just 30 seconds through Patrick Nyarko, who scored the visitor’s winner on the 58th minute.The defeat leaves Toronto without a point from their opening six games of the campaign, which is the second-worst start in MLS history.
