A man was taken to hospital after a machete fight broke out yards from where children played at a fun day today.Eyewitnesses said the victim appeared to suffer head injuries in the incident on a car park next door to Southampton Rangers at about 6pm.The cricket club was holding Good Friday celebrations, with youngsters and families looking on as the violence erupted, according to local residents.About eight men are said to have been involved in the fight, with more than one using machetes.
