Jump rope workshops to encourage cardiac health are getting a boost from the Argus Group.US jump athletes the Comet Skippers will be flown to the Island as part of the Bermuda Heart Foundation’s ‘Jump 2B Fit’ programme.The Bermuda Heart Foundation is to hold two workshops for students, and one public event on March 3.The events, which are being sponsored by Argus, will be held at the Bermuda College gymnasium.With heart disease linked to one in three deaths in Bermuda, the foundation is promoting jumping ropes as a simple means of improving health.Useful website: www.mybermudaheart.bm.
