Helpful Lou, thank you!December 23, 2011Dear Sir,Please allow me some space in your newspaper to thank Lou at Rubis gas station at Blue Hole Hill.I showed up with my three-year-old daughter to put some air in my sad looking tyres and bang! One of them popped. Immediately, this kind man was at my side and as if on impulse he set about changing the tyre. I did my best to help but the man could probably do this blindfolded.When he was done, he had some advice on how next to proceed, wished us a merry Christmas and went on his way without a thought of reward for his efforts.My daughter has been learning about the virtues of kindness and generosity in school and I told her if she wants to know about what those mean, think of this man.Thank you,JONATHAN YOUNGHamilton Parish
