A Sandys man was yesterday charged in Magistrates’ Court with sexually assaulting his spouse in an incident on Friday.The 38-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was not required to enter a plea as the matter must be heard before the Supreme Court.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released the defendant on $5,000 bail on the condition that he stay away from the matrimonial home.He is scheduled to return to Magistrates’ Court in two weeks for the matter to be mentioned.
