The Willowbank Hotel is to close with the loss of 46 jobs, the trustees have announced.A letter was sent to staff members by Fernance Perry, chairman of the Willowbank board, saying the hotel will close on November 30.The letter says: "We did not arrive at the above conclusion without given (sic) it lots of thought and discussions for a considerable period of time."The decision was not made in haste.
