A 46-year-old Pembroke man has appeared in Magistrates' Court on charges of unlawfully wounding another man.Guest worker Armindo Daponte, of Rockville Lane, denied injuring Timotoe Silva on June 12.Arruda Construction boss Ricardo Arruda translated on behalf of Mr Daponte, who is a Portuguese speaker employed by the company.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted bail of $2,000 and one surety, and set a trial date for November 30.
