A 53-year-old Warwick man appeared in Magistrates’ Court, charged with taking nearly $5,000 from a Paget nursery school.Richard Allen, of Middle Road, denied taking the money from Tree Tops preschool on June 6.A total of $4,750 was removed from the school’s office.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted Mr Allen bail of $5,000 with one surety, and set a trial date for December 5.
