Bermuda long jumper Tyrone Smith won the gold medal in the long jump at the CAC Senior Championships in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.Smith, who won a gold at last summer's CAC Games also in Puerto Rico, posted a leap of 8.06 metres on Saturday.In his first international competition, Lamont Marshall placed sixth in the 5,000m in a time of 14 minutes and 53 seconds.
