July 7, 2011Dear Sir,I would like to say a big thank you to several persons who I feel gave my business outstanding service recently.We set up a second location, and inter-location communications were needed. We decided to go via a route that is, perhaps, a bit unusual, but which works very well for us.There were some major teething problems with this, but the following persons persevered with it until it was resolvedEdwin Ford, Roger Williams, Derek Lindo, Derick Hendrickson and Keith Clifton from Bermuda Technologies and Decisions IT all worked very hard to resolve the issues. I was having major doubts at one point that this would ever get off the ground, and they took all of my concerns very seriously, and came up with solutions. I found their teamwork to be second to none in making sure this system worked. I greatly enjoyed working with this professional team.I would also like to thank Shervin Dill of Bermuda Telephone Company, who worked closely with The Bermuda Technologies team to solve the problems and who was a major part of getting everything sorted.
