Fourteen students graduate from Teen Services’ Continuation School

Teen Services Continuation School hosted their graduation ceremony on June 29, 2011 at BUEI. This year was slightly different, as the program provided educational services for majority S2 and S3 female students. However, in addition to making available academic services (BSC and GED) to pregnant females and girls at risk, the school also provided educational support services i.e. GED pre-testing and registration for this yearþÄôs graduates. The agency felt that it was important to honor them in a traditional ceremony rather than receiving their diploma in the mail. This yearþÄôs graduation class consisted of 14 graduates, 6 males and 8 females. The guest speaker was Ms. Marilyn (Peggy) Jackson - School Social Worker at CedarBridge Academy, who gave survival tips on how to transition to the next phases of their lives.
