A burglar fled with a laptop after being confronted by the occupants of the home he’d broken into.Police say the offender struck at Long Lane, Hamilton Parish, at about 9.50pm on Tuesday; a struggle ensued when he came face to face with the occupants, before he escaped on his motorcycle with the computer.The occupants were not injured in the incident.The suspect is described as a slim black man in his 40s, with a low beard, wearing a full face helmet.Witnesses or anyone with information should contact the St George’s Criminal Investigation Unit on 293-2222.The masked burglar knocked unconscious in a struggle after breaking into a home on Middle Town Lane, Pembroke, in the early hours of Monday, remained in a stable condition in intensive care last night.
