Police are investigating an accident involving a truck and a motorcycle at the junction of North Shore Road and Store Hill in Smith’s.Both vehicles were travelling along North Shore Road when the crash took place at about 4.30pm on Tuesday.The truck driver and the 20-year-old motorcycle rider from Pembroke were not injured. However, the motorcycle’s pillion passenger, also a 20-year-old man, received a leg injury and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital by ambulance for treatment. His injury is not believed to be life-threatening.
