Zander and Jesse Kirkland had a second day to remember at the Delta Lloyd regatta as yesterday's conditions provided sailors with challenging conditions at the fifth ISAF Sailing World Cup event. After having a terrible time on the first day, recording a Did Not Start (DNS) and a Did Not Come to Starting Area (DNC) along with a 25th, the brothers responded with a 29th, 15th and 16th place finishes in their three races on the day to leave themselves sitting 32nd out of 39 competitors.“The second day of racing has to go down as one of the best days we have put together in Europe so far,” said Zander.“We nailed a 15th and a 16th, after starting with an average 25th in the 38 boat fleet.”
